BurnleyBrentford and Crystal Palace have reportedly submitted offers for Sunderland winger Jack Clarke.

The 22-year-old was an integral part of a Sunderland side that reached the Championship playoffs, where they were ultimately beaten by Luton Town in the semi-finals.

Clarke, who joined on a permanent deal from Tottenham Hotspur last summer, featured in 45 of Sunderland’s 46 league games, scoring nine goals and providing 11 assists.

The attacker finished top of the Championship assist charts alongside three other players, and his impressive performances have caught the attention of three Premier League clubs.

OrAccording to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Burnley, Brentford and Palace have all tabled bids for the former Tottenham Hotspur man.

OrAfter winning promotion to the Premier League in Vincent Kompany‘s first season in charge, Burnley are looking to build a squad that can survive in the top flight.

Brentford, who fell just short of European qualification, will also attempt to bolster their ranks this summer in a bid to maintain their place in the top half of the table.

Palace, meanwhile, may need to strengthen in attacking areas if club legend Wilfried Zaha decides against signing a new deal with the club.

Amid speculation linking him with Premier League sides, Clarke may want assurances about playing time before he considers leaving Sunderland after being restricted to just four appearances during his time with Spurs.

Despite featuring in European games for Spurs, Clarke failed to make a single Premier League appearance for the North London side.

Sunderland are reportedly negotiating a new contract for Clarke as they look to ward off interest from the Premier League trio.

Tony Mowbray‘s side consider Clarke to be “vital” to their hopes of mounting a serious promotion bid next season.

Clarke still has three years left to run on his current deal, but Sunderland are likely to offer him improved terms.
