LUTON TOWN CAPTAIN TOM LOCKYER TO LEAVE HOSPITAL AFTER COLLAPSING AT WEMBLEY DURING CHAMPIONSHIP PLAY-OFF FINAL
Tom Lockyer was stretchered away from the Wembley pitch after collapsing off the ball during the opening moments of the Championship play-off final. His Luton Town teammates went on to earn promotion to the Premier League after defeating Coventry in a penalty shootout. Since the event, Lockyer has been monitored in the hospital for four days.

After days of being monitored by doctors, the club has confirmed Lockyer will now be able to go home.
Their tweet read: “We are so pleased to report that Tom Lockyer will be allowed to leave hospital and return home tomorrow.
“We would like to thank everyone for their messages of love and support for Locks and can’t wait to see him back home at the Kenny with that trophy in his hands!”
