AFLW: Injury Update Round Eight

The latest on Adelaide’s injured players

Adelaide Vice Captain Sarah Allan will increase her training load this week, as she nears a return from a hamstring injury.

Crows Head of Women’s Football Phil Harper said that provided Allan continued to track well, she could be available for the final match of the home and away season.

“Sarah has some key milestones to tick off this week and will continue to increase her training load,” Harper said.

“She has started to be integrated back into main training and showing some good signs.

“We are hopeful we will get Sarah back at an important time of the season.”

Forward Yvonne Bonner continues to track well in her recovery from a knee injury and is expected to be available for Adelaide’s Round Nine match against North Melbourne next week.
