The results are still not on the field, as Ron Rivera’s side alternates wins and losses, but they regularly show promising football.

That’s why fans decided to hit the road and join their team against the Atlanta Falcons, even flooding Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
New team owner Magic Johnson took to Twitter to show his appreciation for the fans who have wholeheartedly supported their team in a hostile environment, saying they have even more fans than the Falcons.
And although Arthur Smith’s side missed several chances to equalize late on, they struggled to hold on, making mistakes and having to work hard at every yard near goal.

Sam Howell looks solid at times and the Commanders have some interesting pieces to build on.
They are currently 3-3 and in third place in the NFC East, behind the Philadelphia Eagles (5-1) and the Dallas Cowboys (3-2).
Rivera’s team is trying to make the playoffs, and while it won’t be easy at all, having fans there supporting them could make a big difference, especially in home matches.
Their next chance to do that will come next Sunday when they take on the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium in a must-win divisional clash.
