Carson Hintzman of St.
Croix Central High School in Wisconsin will remain at Ohio State despite the departure of offensive line coach Greg Studrawa.
David Petkiewicz, cleveland.com COLUMBUS, Ohio – Two days after becoming the first player at Wisconsin, Carson Hintzman, who has been committed to Ohio State football since the turn of the century, announced that the coach is no longer on the staff.

I learned that he wasn’t there.
After six seasons, the Buckeyes have parted ways with offensive line coach Greg Studrawa.
He had an excellent track record of developing talent, but his track record of acquiring that talent at the highest level was inconsistent.
None of the four players signed in the 2022 class are ranked in the top 100.
Hintzman is the only member of this quartet not to sign early.
Instead, he put off making a decision, wrestling between staying home to play for the Badgers in Columbus.
OSU won Tuesday night’s battle, becoming the 20th member of the class ranked No.
4 nationally.
Since he cannot sign until February 2nd, Studrawa’s departure may lead you to think that the country’s No.
134 and No.
6 player in the intelligent offense might change his mind.
At this point the answer seems to be no.
The four-star recruit is in San Antonio, Texas, preparing for the Army All-American Bowl with teammates George Fitzpatrick and Tegla Shavola.
After Thursday’s bowl practice, he revealed that he still intends to sign with the Buckeyes and that his recruitment has ended.
“I stand by my word,” Hintzman told reporters.
“I support [Ryan Day] and his plan 100 percent.
I didn’t come here as a coach.

What does Greg Studrawa's departure mean for Ohio State football's 2022 recruiting class? - cleveland.com

All three, along with Avery Henry, who will not play in the postseason All-Star Game, expect to hear from Ryan Day soon to learn more about the head coach’s direction for the new players.
But losing Sturawa, or adding someone to take over the job, won’t preclude their decision.
Ohio State was expected to sign at least three of his offensive linemen in this class.
They achieved this before the initial signing period, but Hintzman then allowed them to exceed that number.
The only downside to this cycle is the lack of high-end devices, which is why Suturawa was fired.
However, I don’t think his resignation will result in a change of heart for the 2022 class.
