Tyreek Hill Reveals Why He Left Kansas City

Not so long ago, the Kansas City Chiefs had one of the most dominant passing games in the league.

That’s nowhere near the case right now, and a lot of that has to do with Tyreek Hill’s departur

As contract negotiations stalled, Hill shockingly demanded to be traded, eventually landing with the Miami Dolphins.

He’s talked multiple times about his departure, and while most of the talk has always centered on the money, it now seems like there was something more to it.

Talking to Robert Griffin III for his podcast, Cheetah jokingly admitted that he was jealous of the relationship Patrick Mahomes had with Travis Kelce

He stated that he had never been No. 2 in his life, calling out Mahomes for not inviting him to his house like he did with Kelce, so he felt jealous and left out and felt like he needed to get out of there.

Hill has been Tua Tagovailoa’s undisputed No. 1 from day one, and that’s more of a natural fit for Hill, who stated that he was used to being the “main chick” dating back to his days in high school.

It’s not a secret that Hill has a bit of an ego, and he did complain about not being the focal point of the Chiefs offense at some point.

Then again, from that to actually requesting a trade away from a team just because the QB has a better relationship with another teammate, that seems like a bit of an overreaction, even by his standards.
