The 2014 Black Mercedes driven by Flemeeja Brewer, a student at UNC, is the subject of the search warrants. Brewer’s blood alcohol concentration was 0.15, which is nearly double the level that is permitted in North Carolina for someone who has consumed alcohol before driving, according to her medical records from UNC Hospitals.

The warrants say Brewer was behind the wheel that night in January when the car flipped over after going 124 miles per hour on NC-54, where the speed limit is 45 mph, ABC11 says.

Investigators discovered a partially empty bottle of Crown Royal whiskey close to the overturned vehicle, as reported by ABC11. In Brewer’s wallet, investigators discovered a forged Texas driver’s license that was connected to keys that remained in the ignition following the collision.

One of Channel 9’s Raleigh-based news partners, WRAL, discovered court records that listed the football players and their roles.
