Florida tight end sets South Carolina official visit

This summer, a second prospective possibility plans to make an official visit to South Carolina.

Preston Douglas, a tight end at Jupiter (Florida) Benjamin School, has a booked date for the weekend of June 7, he announced on social media on Wednesday morning.

Last month, Douglas traveled to South Carolina for the first time—an April unofficial visit that received high marks from him.

Following the visit, Douglas told GamecockCentral.com, “I really like all the coaches, like Coach (Ryan) Yurachek (analyst) and Coach (Shawn) Elliott.” “We definitely bonded over our wonderful conversation. After that, I got to observe some practice, have a tour of everything, and speak with more people. Not only are the amenities great, but the entire staff is very cool as well.
