Texas returns four starters to its offensive line, which has been pivotal in providing protection for quarterbacks. The group includes fifth-year center Jake Majors, senior left tackle Kelvin Banks, senior left guard Hayden Connor, sophomore right guard DJ Campbell, and sophomore right tackle Cam Williams. Collectively, this unit boasts an impressive 134 starts, with Connor Robertson, a sophomore, adding another 13 starts to the mix.

In week one, Cam Williams was recognized as the SEC Co-Offensive Lineman of the Week, followed by Kelvin Banks receiving the accolade after Texas’ victorious first SEC game against Mississippi State. Their performance has been instrumental in protecting the Longhorns’ quarterbacks, junior Quinn Ewers and redshirt freshman Arch Manning, who have only been sacked a total of five times this season.

With the Red River Rivalry showdown against Oklahoma looming, the performance of the offensive line will be crucial for Texas.
