The Evening Standard have revealed that Ange Postecoglou and his coaching staff will oversee their first training session with the Tottenham squad on Saturday, with the non-international players expected to report to Hotspur Way first.
The club confirmed earlier this week that Chris Davies will join as senior assistant coach while Ryan Mason, Matt Wells and Mile Jedinak will join the Australian’s backroom team as assistant coaches.
Postecoglou and the newcomers in his staff are expected to meet some of the first-team players for the first time tomorrow.
Harry Kane does not start Spurs training this week
However, the players who were involved internationals, including new signing James Maddison and Harry Kane are not expected back at Hotspur Way until the week starting July 10 after a three-week break.
The report adds that among Postecoglou’s first tasks would be to speak to Kane about his future amidst interest from Bayern Munich.
It is also revealed that Scott Munn is expected to begin his work as Tottenham’s new chief football officer tomorrow, having now completed his gardening leave with the City Football Group.

The non-internationals such as Djed Spence and Tanguy Ndombele have a great opportunity over the next week to impress Postecoglou and his coaching staff and to show that they can have an important part to play during the upcoming season.
