West Ham target Callum Hudson-Odoi wants to quit Chelsea this summer to play regular first-team football, according to journalist Ben Jacobs.

Jacobs added that the Hammers, along with Premier League rivals Nottingham Forest and Crystal Palace, have enquired about his services.

The winger, who is on wages of £120,000-per-week [The Guardian, 28 June] made 21 appearances in all competitions last season while on loan at German club Bayer Leverkusen.

“Callum Hudson-Odoi wants to leave Chelsea for regular first-team football,” Jacobs wrote on Twitter. “As revealed last week, Fulham one of the leading contenders.

“Milan, Nottingham Forest, West Ham and Crystal Palace have enquired. Newcastle interest only historical.”
