Zaha, 30, is a free agent after his contract at Crystal Palace expired on June 30. The Ivory Coast star has interested from European and Saudi Arabian clubs.
Wilfried Zaha is set to make a decision on his future next week with interest in the winger from Europe and Saudi Arabia.
The 30-year-old is a free agent after his Crystal Palace contract expired though the Selhurst Park club have tabled a £200,000-a-week offer to stay with them.
French champions Paris Saint-Germain, Scudetto winners Napoli plus Lazio and Galatasaray have all spoken to Zaha’s representatives.
There is also interest from Cristiano Ronaldo’s club Al Nassr, and fellow Saudi outfit Al Ettifaq, who have just appointed Steven Gerrard as their manager.
The Ivory Coast international would like to play Champions League football but could be tempted by a lucrative deal to play in the Saudi Pro League.
Zaha’s association with Palace goes back to 2004, when he joined their academy aged 12, either side of two years with Manchester United between 2013 and 2015.
He has played 458 matches for the club, scoring 90 times, but could now be on the move again with plenty of interest in him.
Zaha was still training at Palace’s Copers Cope base in Beckenham before his previous deal expired on June 30.
He has just married long-term partner Paige Bannister, posting social media snaps showing them cutting the cake and posing together during the celebrations.
A number of Palace stars attended the wedding as well as Zaha’s new partner at non-league club Croydon Athletic, the rapper Stormzy.
It was then reported last week that Zaha and Stormzy have teamed up to buy their childhood ninth-tier football team in Croydon – and plan to use their cash on an ‘exciting’ journey for the club.
Subject to FA and league approval, the prospective new owners will operate and develop the team as part of a project that will see them return to their roots.
A third member of the consortium, Danny Young, acted as the kit manager and head of player care at Palace before stepping down at the end of the season.
Announcing the deal, AFC Croydon said: ‘A three person consortium comprised of Wilfried Zaha, Stormzy and Danny Young has exchanged contracts with the existing ownership of AFC Croydon Athletic to acquire the assets of the club.
‘The consortium will own, operate and develop their childhood hometown football club.
‘Whilst completion is subject to legislative and governance procedures, the three consortium members are excited about developing a community asset in the borough that gave them their own opportunities.
‘They hope to take the entire community on this exciting journey with them.’
