Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise has reportedly decided to join Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea.
According to Rudy Galetti on Twitter, Chelsea are interested in signing Michael Olise from London and Premier League rivals Crystal Palace in the summer transfer window.
Michael Olise wants to join Chelsea from Crystal Palace
The Italian journalist has reported that Chelsea are in advanced talks with Palace over a deal for the 21-year-old, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger.
Galetti has claimed that Olise has verbally agreed personal terms with the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners.
Earlier today, The London Evening Standard reported that Chelsea are hoping to bring Olise to Stamford Bridge in a £45 million deal.
Arsenal and Manchester City have also been linked with the France Under-21 international attacker.
It must be exciting for Chelsea fans to hear that Michael Olise wants to join the Blues.
Olise is a very good player who has huge potential and will only get better in the coming years.
The French player has made 63 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
The winger has scored four goals and given 16 assists in those matches.
Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino has a very good track record with young players.
We know that from his time at Tottenham Hotspur.
Under Pochettino, Olise would get better and add facets to his game.
Now, we do not think that Olise is worth £45 million, but if that is what Chelsea are willing to pay for the winger, then so be it.
