Jamie Redknapp shares something he loves about James Ward-Prowse after Brighton vs West Ham clash
West Ham United midfielder James Ward-Prowse earned a rave review from Jamie Redknapp during our clash with Brighton today.
Jamie Redknapp was a guest on Sky Sports for their production of Brighton vs West Ham this evening and he singled out James Ward-Prowse for huge praise.
Hammers boss David Moyes brought the 28-year-old midfielder to the London Stadium from Southampton for around £30 million this summer.

Jamie Redknapp shares something he loves about James Ward-Prowse after Brighton vs West Ham
The Sky Sports pundit is clearly a huge fan of the Hammers midfielder.
Redknapp explained what he loved about Ward-Prowse’s performance today, when speaking on Sky Sports this evening (August 26th, 6:25pm):
“I just love the way that he just shields that back four. But then he’s thinking can I get into the box and get that little bit of luck that he deserves. And he finishes it really well, he’s been excellent.”
There were so many good performers for West Ham against Brighton tonight, but Ward-Prowse was definitely one of the best.
He will go down as one of our best signings in recent years for just £30 million, I have no doubts about that.
Aside from his obvious ability from set-pieces, Ward-Prowse offers West Ham so much technically and from a leadership perspective as well.
What a player. What a win. COYI X
