Liverpool’s 21-year-old midfielder is been ruled out of tomorrow’s game against Aston Villa.

Ryan Gravenberch will not be available for tomorrow’s game against Aston Villa.

Liverpool’s fourth and final signing of the transfer season arrived late last night in a £34 million deal from Bayern Munich.

Gravenberch might have made his Anfield debut on Sunday if he had been registered with the Premier League by 12 p.m. on Friday. However, according to liverpoolfc.com, things were not resolved in a timely manner.

Gravenberch’s paperwork was apparently cleared quickly enough for him to train with his new Liverpool teammates for the first time today.

However, because of the upcoming international break, we’ll have to wait at least two weeks to witness the Dutchman in action. Gravenberch, according to the report, will be available for selection when Liverpool go to Wolves on September 16th.

Gravenberch was forced to wait for his debut.
It’s a shame Liverpool couldn’t get Gravenberch into the game against Villa. However, his presence is not entirely necessary.

He may need some time to adjust after just playing 9 minutes of football in Bayern Munich’s first two games of the season.

Thiago Alcantara is still out with an injury, but with Stefan Bajcetic back in full training, Jurgen Klopp has plenty of choices.

With Villa in such good form, he may also require them. Klopp has already praised John McGinn’s abilities in midfield, and Liverpool will be eager to neutralize the Scotsman.

Gravenberch may be the man they turn to for such circumstances in the future. But, in these conditions, he isn’t quite ready.

Thiago may also be available for the Wolves encounter, according to Klopp. His midfield pick on that day will be highly fascinating.
