Former Wolverhampton Wanderers and Nottingham Forest defender George Elokobi has tweeted messages to both sets of fans following his appearance at Tuesday’s match at Molineux.
Elokobi took advantage of Colchester United’s open schedule to visit the stadium where he spent six years with two of his brothers.
I’m having a good time playing with my brothers.

The Cameroonian then did a lap of honour during Wolves’ 1-0 Championship triumph, and was enthusiastically embraced by both home and away fans.
Elokobi then rushed to Twitter to congratulate both of his former clubs.
“Touched by the fantastic reception from @Wolves fans, players, and staffs, saying a HUGE thank you to each and every one of you,” he wrote.
“Big shoutout to @NFFC fans for a fantastic reception last night. I appreciate you all and wish you all the best for the rest of the season.”

Elokobi joined Wolves from Colchester in 2008 and helped the team gain promotion the following year.
The now 31-year-old played consistently for the Black Country team in the Premier League, but left Molineux in 2014 when the club was promoted from League One to the Championship.
Elokobi had moved across the Midlands to join Nottingham Forest on loan two years before, making 12 appearances for the Trentside club.
Nouha Dicko’s second-half goal handed Wolves their sixth straight victory, keeping Forest only two points above the bottom three in 20th place.
Big up to my brother/friend @dnouha for a fantastic effort and goal, topped by man of the match… https://t.co/8CGtUY9Zn6
