JAMIE VARDY SENDS A TWITTER MESSAGE TO LEICESTER CITY SUPPORTERS
Jamie Vardy has seven Premier League goals in eight games for Leicester City this season.
Jamie Vardy praised Leicester City fans on social media site Twitter for their continuing support.
Vardy has had an incredible season thus far, earning his second and third caps for England in acknowledgment of his outstanding play.
Over the international break, the Foxes forward represented the Three Lions against Estonia and Lithuania, and he celebrated the achievement on Twitter earlier today.
Vardy was unable to find the back of the goal during his time with England, but he may be satisfied with his performances.
Despite playing out wide rather than in a striking role against Estonia, he managed to set up Raheem Sterling and appears to be securing a place in Roy Hodgson’s side.
Vardy’s goal now is to keep his position in the Three Lions squad, especially with Euro 2016 approaching.
His club form for Leicester will be crucial to that quest, and if he continues to score with the frequency that he has done so far this season, Hodgson will simply be unable to ignore him.
