Richarlison received a message from Everton supporters after leaving Tottenham Hotspur in tears.
The former Everton striker has failed to reach the heights that many anticipated him to at Tottenham Hotspur.
Richarlison was spotted crying on the sidelines after being replaced during Brazil’s 5-1 win over Bolivia on Friday evening.
The ex-Everton attacker started Selecao’s first qualifying match for the 2026 World Cup but was substituted in the 71st minute with his team leading by four goals.
After returning to the bench, Richarlison was seen weeping as he pondered on his performance, in which he was unable to register a point.
This follows a poor start to his Tottenham Hotspur career since leaving Everton last summer. Last season, the 26-year-old made 35 appearances in all competitions for the Lilywhites but scored only three times.
