Mercedes driver in his 50s is described as being in a “very poorly condition”
Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision involving two cars in Kirklees which left one man in hospital.
Officers from the Roads Policing Unit would like to speak to anyone who may have seen or have footage of the collision on Paddock Road, Kirkburton, which took place just before 6pm on Wednesday, May 24. It occurred after a Mercedes SLK which was heading south on Paddock Road was in collision with a Honda Accord heading in the opposite direction.
The driver of the Mercedes, a man in his 50s, suffered serious injuries in the collision and was taken to hospital. He remains there today and is described as being in a very poorly condition.
Anyone who saw or has footage of the collision or who saw the vehicles just prior to it is asked to contact the Western Area Roads Policing Unit on 101 referencing police log 1508 of May 24.
