5 Orioles players who won’t return in 2024 Here’s a look at some of the players who could have played their final game in Baltimore.
The 2023 season did not end the way the Baltimore Orioles hoped.
Despite being among the best teams in all of baseball during the regular season, they couldn’t stop the sudden, hot blow from the Texas Rangers on their way to being swept out of the ALDS.
In many ways, what the Orioles accomplished this season was remarkable.
They won 101 games despite having some questionable starting pitching depth and being one of the youngest teams in baseball.
The fact that they were able to be the AL’s top seed despite all of this shows how much talent this organization has.
Although the present is painful, the future in Baltimore is clearly bright.

However, this does not mean that changes should not be made. The Orioles could certainly use some upgrades to their pitching staff as well as perhaps some outfield positions.
Before we can start determining who those upgrades could be this season, it’s important to look at who could leave town this season Here’s a look at the five Orioles players who will not return in 2024 Unlike many MLB teams, Baltimore’s roster decisions appear to be fairly simple entering the season.
They don’t have any players to make the tough decisions about whether to extend a qualifying offer, and they really don’t have guys entering their final years of arbitration without being recommended.
What they do have, however, are guys who are about to hit free agency and aren’t expected to return until 2024.
Let’s take a look at some Orioles players who likely won’t return next season.
