The 2023 NFL season has been an interesting one for the Pittsburgh Steelers, with the team in the playoff conversation in the AFC, but they have dealt with a number of injury issues over the course of the season that have made it difficult to play consistently well.

Somehow, the Steelers have been able to endure these injuries and still get wins, with the team currently sporting a 6-3 record after getting the best of the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.

Fortunately for Pittsburgh, the Baltimore Ravens fell to the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, which makes things that much more interesting in the AFC North division moving forward.

The Browns and Steelers now have identical records, while the Ravens fall to 7-3.

However, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Steelers lost another player to a season-ending injury in Week 10, with linebacker Kwon Alexander suffering an Achilles injury.

The one-time Pro Bowler will be sorely missed by Mike Tomlin and company as this team tries to figure things out defensively for the second half of the season, with the division being stacked with talent and Pittsburgh not having much room for error moving forward.

The following two weeks will be brutal for the Steelers, as they will play back-to-back divisional games that will likely have some playoff implications

Both of these divisional games will be on the road, with the Steelers taking on the Browns at Cleveland Browns Stadium next week and facing Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals at Paycor Stadium on November 26.
