Fabrizio Romano has taken to Twitter to confirm that Mikey Moore has now signed his new contract with Tottenham Hotspur.

The Italian transfer expert shared a photo of Moore alongside Tottenham’s Gretar Steinsson technical Performance Director in which Romano revealed the 15-year-old has put pen to paper on a deal that will run until 2026.

The Athletic confirmed on Friday that the winger will see him move from scholarship to schoolboy forms and once he turns 17, he will sign a professional contract with the north Londoners in what has been described as securing his long-term future with the north Londoners.

Romani said: “Here’s Tottenham talent Mikey Moore after signing new deal valid until June 2026 to committ long term future. #THFC 15 year old superstar has signed his new contract yesterday.

Daniel Levy played key role in Mikey Moore deal

Romano admitted that Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has played a role in keeping more with the north Londoners with the teenager having been the subject of interest from high profile European clubs.

Tottenham had earlier last week lost the services of another highly-rated academy product when Romaine Mundle snubbed the opportunity to sign a new contract and has instead decided to seek first-team opportunities elsewhere (Football.London).
