Nathan Brown to leave Eels with immediate effect: “We are absolutely delighted to have Nathan join our club.
” Parramatta Eels Elite Pathways Coaching Director Nathan Brown said in December that I have decided to leave the club.

Brown’s retirement coincided with his decision to move to the Gold Coast.
However, the Eels have revealed to Zero Tackle that they will remain at their Parramatta headquarters for the coming weeks.
He joined the Eels in 2022 and led a review of the club’s Elite Pathways program before also becoming a coaching advisor to the NRLW team in the final season of the competition.
Previously at Dragons, Huddersfield Giants, St Helens RLFC, Newcastle Knights, and New Zealand Warriors, he had 475 games coaching experience in the NRL and Super League.
Last coach in 2022, he became the NRL’s youngest non-playing coach at the age of 29 and appeared in 172 NRL games as a player.
Eels general manager of football, Mark O’Neill, said in an official club statement: “We are truly honored to welcome Nathan to our club.

“We are missing Brownie.
He will definitely be missed and I wish him and his family all the best for the future and their new life in Queensland.
