Kirby Smart makes final in-person pitch to 5-star KJ Bolden, an FSU commit who visits Syracuse this weekend
Georgia head coach Kirby Smart was in-home on Thursday to visit Buford (Ga.) High five-star safety and Florida State commit KJ Bolden.
Bolden has been verbal with the Seminoles since August, but that hasn’t stopped Auburn and the Bulldogs from continuing to push.

Georgia currently has 28 commitments, a group that is ranked No. 1 in the 247Sports Team Class Rankings. The group is headlined by Buford (Ga.) five-star quarterback Dylan Raiola, New Haven (Conn.) IMG Academy five-star cornerback Ellis Robinson IV, and Conroe (Texas) Oak Ridge five-star linebacker Justin Williams.

The 2024 recruiting cycle is entering the home stretch with just a couple weeks remaining until the early signing period. Many of the top high school football players around the country have already announced their respective commitments, but nothing is official until they put pen to paper.
With that in mind, there have been some notable decommitments in recent weeks as players are reopening their recruitments before making a final decision.
