What Rutgers football players have entered the transfer portal since the end of the season?

Since the end of the season, fourteen Rutgers football players have accessed the transfer portal.

Five players have committed to Rutgers thus far through the transfer site. Following official visits, long snapper Austin Riggs (BYU) and defensive tackle Malcom Ray (Florida State) committed to the Scarlet Knights over the weekend.
