The 26-year-old playmaker will get paid £170,000 per week as salary at Tottenham, according to the report.

Good signing for Spurs

In our opinion, James Maddison is a very good signing for Tottenham Hotspur.

Spurs have now finally replaced Christian Eriksen.

Maddison is a very creative player who is likely to go straight into the Spurs starting lineup.

The 26-year-old will create chances for star striker Harry Kane, who must surely be relishing the opportunity to link up with his England international teammate at Tottenham.

Maddison scored 10 goals and gave nine assists in 28 Premier League starts for Leicester last season.
