We are delighted to announce that Coventry City academy graduate Jack Burroughs has signed a new contract to extend his stay with the Club.

The 22-year-old has put pen to paper on a two-year deal that will keep him in the West Midlands until 2025.

Last season, Burroughs made his first SkyBet Championship start for the Sky Blues after being named in Mark Robins’ starting eleven for City’s away clash at Watford, helping his teammates to a memorable 1-0 win.

A lifelong Coventry City supporter, Burroughs joined the Sky Blues as a seven-year-old and has since risen through the academy ranks to become a regular member of the first-team squad.

Early-career loan spells with Nuneaton Borough, Gloucester City and Ross County have helped him to gain valuable first-team experience as he readies himself for the 2023-24 season.
