Chris Sutton, a BBC pundit, has predicted who will win when Everton travel to Sheffield United tomorrow afternoon.

Neither team has picked up a Premier League point this season, so tomorrow’s encounter at Bramall Lane has a’must not lose’ vibe to it just four games in.

Sean Dyche’s side have yet to score a Premier League goal, but £26 million player Beto and on loan signing Arnaut Danjuma both scored in Wednesday night’s League Cup triumph over Doncaster Rovers.

The win over Doncaster was far from easy, and the whole performance was concerning, but Chris Sutton believes it will give Everton the confidence to pick up their first three points of the season.

Sutton forecasts a 1-0 win for the Blues on BBC Sport, saying, “Everton have gotten better.” They made their EFL Cup debut against Doncaster Rovers.

They need a striker to start scoring in the Premier League, as they have yet to do so. They’ve generated plenty of chances at home, and I believe the 4-0 loss to Aston Villa was a game to forget.

Sean Dyche needs to get off to a good start, and I believe he will do so with three points.”

Everton can save their season with three points at Sheffield United.
Beto made an almost immediate impression on Wednesday night and will have to start against the Blades tomorrow, providing Sean Dyche’s team with a focal point that has been lacking in the early stages of the season.

Everton’s start to the season has been disastrous, but tomorrow is an opportunity to pick up some points ahead of Arsenal’s arrival.

Sheffield United, no doubt, will be viewing this game through a similar lens, which will likely produce a tense atmosphere in the Steel City.

If Beto scores on his Premier League debut for Chelsea, he will be the first player to do so since Richarlison in 2018.
