Club Attempts to Sign Tottenham Hotspur Midfielder
Galatasaray have made a bid to Tottenham Hotspur for midfielder Giovani Lo Celso.
While the transfer window in many countries has officially closed, it remains open in Turkey until September 15th.
During the transfer window, Lo Celso was heavily linked with a move away from Tottenham, with Real Betis and Napoli both showing interest.
Spurs, on the other hand, made it clear that they would not accept loan offers and want a permanent trade for the midfielder.
According to Turkish outlet Sports Digitale, Galatasaray are interested in signing Lo Celso and have made an offer to Tottenham.
On August 26th, Spurs received the bid.
It is unknown whether the agreement has moved forward, but Galatasaray still have time because the window in Turkey remains open.
