Another Steelers ILB Suffers a knee injury.

The Pittsburgh Steelers inside the linebacker room are dealing with another concerning injury.

Pittsboro, PA As they get ready to play the Green Bay Packers, the Pittsburgh Steelers suffered another injury to their linebacker, increasing their weekly total to four.

The Steelers were anticipated to be without defensive lineman Montravius Adams (ankle) and safety Minkah Fitzpatrick (hamstring) going into practice week. They weren’t there to begin the week, and it’s doubtful they’ll return to the field in time for Week 10.

Elandon Roberts, an inside linebacker, had a knee injury, while defensive lineman Cam Heyward also suffered a groin injury.

During groin surgery during Week 1, Heyward missed a significant portion of the season. Against the Titans in Week 9, he made a comeback and performed better than expected. Given that he usually takes a day off throughout the week, it is not shocking that he was constrained.

Regarding Roberts, the Steelers are hoping that his knee injury is not too significant. Cole Holcomb, an inside linebacker for Pittsburgh, had knee surgery and is out for the season. With the addition of Roberts and Kwon Alexander, the team will only have three inside linebackers on the roster at this time.

Roberts is a player to keep an eye on in the future, given his limitations.
