2024 Starts Now for 1-4 Year Cats
Geelong welcomed back the first four-year players to the club on Monday, officially signaling the beginning of AFL pre-season training.
Week one will be a mix of player screening, craft sessions, football sessions, strength and conditioning, and coaches’ meetings.
While today marks the first official day of preparation for the 2024 season, a number of players have been in the gym and out on St. Mary’s, the ground adjacent to GMHBA Stadium, at different times over the last few months, getting a head start on the upcoming season.
The club’s 4+-year-old players will return on November 27.
