Dr. Rajpal Brar, an injury expert, has joined us as an exclusive writer. He’ll be sharing his thoughts on Everton’s injury situation every week…

According to Dr. Rajpal Brar, Everton forward Dele Alli needs a lot of things to go his way in order to face Liverpool on October 21.

The injury specialist adds that because he underwent surgery and subsequently experienced a setback in his recuperation, the schedule for his comeback has been pushed back.

The 27-year-old has yet to make an appearance for the Toffees under Sean Dyche, even in pre-season, and is eager to get back into the team as soon as possible.

Everything with Alli appears to be done by ear, as his rehabilitation has not been easy.

The England international also confessed that his mental health has been a struggle, which is another difficult battle he is battling behind the scenes.

The Toffees’ staff have provided support, and Sean Dyche has been nothing but kind about Alli, so it remains to be seen when he returns to play.

In other Everton news, a sack condition has been placed on Sean Dyche amid the ‘Trouble’ at Goodison Park.
