Star Panther, Souths back rower slapped with suspensions after sin bin incidents
Izack Tago, a top player for the Panthers, was sin binned during Thursday night’s game against the Rabbitohs due to a horrific hip drop.
If Tago enters an early guilty plea, he will miss just one game; if he contests it in court and is unsuccessful, he would miss two.
Panthers supporters should be grateful that Tago, should he accept the match review committee’s penalty, will only miss one game, given that Lachlan Galvin and Max Plath were both suspended for two games for similar tackles earlier in the season.
